This building, which is one of the best examples of the traditional residential architecture of Şanlıurfa with its haremlik and selamlık section, is located on Divanyolu Street. The woodwork in the door and window wings and the niches made up of wooden shelves in the rooms are a good example of woodworking in Urfa houses. It is understood from the inscription on the gate of Selamlık that it was built in 1888. It was expropriated and restored by the Ministry of Culture in 1979 and opened in 1998 as the State Fine Arts Gallery. Today, Şanlıurfa is used as the Regional Board of Protection.
