There are two tourist information centres within Balıklıgöl Tourist Complex and one near the Metropolitan Municipality building; in these offices you can obtain information, maps and other tourism printed material. You can also obtain information from the information offices at Şanlıurfa Archaeology Museum and Haleplibahçe Mosaic Museum.
